A rare treasure of the Roland analog synth era. This is the engine of the Roland Juno-106 packed down into a desktop unit. Roland's idea was to take the Juno and make a simpler interface and form factor that could sit on top of keyboards or pianos, adding the big and "modern" at the time sounds to otherwise dated performance rigs. Roland was trying a lot of things in that era.
These units have become sought after as a curiosity, as a source of parts (don't break my heart!) and as an affordable way to get some of those big Juno sounds. Note that this isn't extensively programmable, with the default sounds (and some hidden ones) having basic cutoffs and envelope control. You can find examples of how this sounds on Youtube videos. It's a really great little unit with limited customisation but big and audacious sounds with all the analog magic you will expect of this Juno chip.
Comes with built-in power supply and is in wonderful condition. Quirky and unique.
