Ed Roman Leslie West Steinberger TransTrem Rare Flying V Rocket Guitar

This is one of my favorite instruments I’ve owned. No matter how many times I pick it up, the quality and sound continue to blow me away. Made in very small numbers by Ed Roman in collaboration with Leslie West, these are incredibly rare.

This is all original and features an authentic Steinberger TransTrem as well as an authentic Steinberger leg rest. I believe Ed used custom made Moses graphite necks and added the beautiful Birds Eye maple fretboard in house. The pickups are DiMarzio and sound fantastic. The bodies are made from solid African Obecia with a quilted maple top. This is a very light weight and incredibly well balanced instrument.

There are very few cosmetic imperfections, all of which are well pictured. The frets show very little wear and the neck is nice and straight. The back body of the guitar was signed by Leslie West, its faded and worn off a bit. The guitar plays fantastic with nice low action right now, but a set up to the future owners personal preferences is recommended. The case was modified for a nice snug fit.
