Beautiful antique 1/2 size violin labeled Jacob Stainer.
This violin respond very well. It is unique because I have not seen antique violins 1/2 this nice before.
It seems like the plates have been opened in the past and the ribs were glued back incorrectly, however, I don’t think it affects the sound and it is not worth repairing since your kid won’t play this violin for very long.
This violin comes in an antique case and a bow that needs rehair.
