Here is gorgeous 1998 Heritage The Rose Johnny Smith guitar that has a solid carved spruce top with highly figured maple back and sides, ebony fingerboard with large abalone block inlays. Bound peghead with dark ebony veneer, rose inlay and ebony back strap. 5-piece neck with maple and rosewood laminates, fast shallow C shape. It has a 25" scale length, bone nut and 2 1/32" saddle spacing on the compensated ebony bridge. 6-finger tailpiece with micro-tuners. Neck pickup mounted on the pickguard. This guitar is in excellent condition aside from a few minor nicks/dings.

Features included: Single cutaway solid carved body. Spruce top. curly maple back and rim. Multiple-bound top and back. Bound f-holes. 5 piece curly maple neck. Multiple-bound, 25"-scale ebony fingerboard with abalone block inlays. Multiple-bound peghead veneer with abalone and mother of pearl rose inlay. One Heritage jazz pickup mounted to bound curly maple pickguard. Black hardware. Personally signed by Johnny Smith on the label. Body width 17" Body thickness 3". Finish: Antique Sunburst.
