This guitar was a slightly down on its luck 1940s Kay archtop with a solid flamed maple top (!) and ply flamed maple back and sides. The tortoise binding really pops, too! Converted to a rubber bridged acoustic/electric bass by Jake Wildwood out of Rochester VT. Has barely been played, but is a beauty!
