The guitar shows some signs of use, including light scratches, dings, tarnishing on the gold hardware, and some wear on the back. These cosmetic imperfections do not detract from its overall appeal, and I would rate its condition a solid 7.5 out of 10.

This Les Paul has been upgraded with some valuable components that enhance its tone and uniqueness. The bridge pickup has been replaced with an original 1979 Gibson T-Top, known for its hotter PAF tone, while the neck pickup now features an original 1982 Gibson Tim Shaw pickup, considered one of the best PAF reissue pickups Gibson has ever produced. These pickups alone would cost around $800 if purchased separately. Although the original pickups are not included, the current setup significantly boosts the guitar's value. The capacitors have also been upgraded for improved performance. The pickguard is missing, but the guitar's stunning quilt top is showcased beautifully without it.
