Lowden's fiftieth anniversary is being celebrated in style with a very special, limited series of Anniversary models. This certainly applies to this F-50 and that is not least due to the Master grade Cocobolo sides and back. The Sitka Spruce Top is a perfect match and ensures a focused, clear projection. After one chord you know for sure: this is a Lowden, through and through. The clarity is nicely complemented by a bit of brightness thanks to the maple and rosewood in the neck. In addition, each copy from the 50th Anniversary series is custom-voiced by none other than Aaron Lowden, the son of founder George Lowden! In terms of aesthetics, this F-50 is adorned with a number of special features. To start with, you will find a special 50th Anniversary label on the inside. The headstock is also adorned with a special inlay on both sides, as is the heel joint. This very limited and special Lowden comes with a luxurious Lowden Hardcase.
