Yamaha P2 1970-1990 - Black Matte - Priced to go

Yamaha P2 in black matte finish. This piano has a rich and beautiful tone. It was previously used as the recital piano in an assisted living facility, but has been in my smoke-free home studio for the past 3 years. It has been a delight to play, but will need to find a new home as my music studio is being converted to a living space. This piano was last tuned and maintained in January 2022, so it requires a re-tuning. Comes with a matching black matte bench with storage. The felt at the top of the keys and around the pedals, is a unique green color. All pedals work: please note that this model of piano was not constructed with a "practice pedal" or "mute pedal".

Condition: The piano is in good condition overall, with some cosmetic wear. There are chip marks on the cabinet as well as some scuffing and a spot of discoloration on the lid of the piano.

Move details: There is only one step/stair to bring the piano out, and one step to get it over the curb and onto the street, meaning that moving costs should be minimal.
