Great sounding, top-quality speaker for rock, blues and more. Bright and clear, almost like a Vintage 30 but without as much upper-mid spike.
80-watt rating, 16 ohm impedance, paper dome, 60-oz ceramic magnet, 2-in voice coil, 10.6 lb overall weight. From the Weber website: "Loud, clear, uncolored . . . it gives you exactly what you give it." This is their JBL D120 replacement for Twin Reverbs and the like. Current new price: $144.
The frame is white but I blacked out the front-facing rim so it doesn't call attention to itself through the grill cloth. Works perfectly, been sitting in a box for years. I just don't need a 16 ohm speaker.
