Very Good condition because the Saddle screws are stripped, you will need to replace either the screws in the saddle or the saddles themselves. The guitar came from Halo this way unfortunately and they refused to fix it, they stated they would send me replacement saddles but never did. Perhaps you could contact them and have better luck.
I will not provide any tech support for this guitar.
