Yamaha LS-36 2023 *As New Condition*

Unused Yamaha LS-36. Bought this guitar new 2 months ago from an authorized Yamaha dealer after playing a Yamaha Red Label at a local store. The guitar in the video is the exact guitar I am selling.

This acoustic had the perfect stats for me, including Rosewood body, Engelmann top, jet black ebony board, and “traditional neck.” Also, the fit and finish were as nice as any Collings I’ve played. The only issue is the “traditional neck“ is really more like a modern Martin MLO or a Taylor, and I need a thicker neck. I’ve never understood why acoustic builders don’t list neck dimensions apart from nut width.

In any case, this guitar is perfect and has sat in its case since it arrived. The strings are original and unplayed. I’d love to play it a bit but I don’t want any chance of even the slightest scratch.

**Please also note this guitar is finished in nitrocellulose lacquer and while it is being shipped from sunny California, I would prefer to wait to ship when the weather is more consistent if you live in a cold climate. If you still want me to ship during the winter months to a cold climate, the guitar will need to acclimate unopened in the case for 24 hours to minimize the potential for finish checking. I know it’s hard to wait but once the guitar is in your care it’s your responsibility to ensure it has been properly acclimatized to dissuade finish checking.
