Selling a very rare, original 1960’s Standel 420-s husk. Standel was an American company based out of California that made guitars and amps, although they are most famous for their all tube amps from the 50’s-early 60’s. The guitars were very good quality, usa made instruments and are fairly rare. This particular husk is a 420-s which was basically their 335. This husk is in very nice condition and is all original other than the pickup routes being slightly widened to accommodate humbuckers. The frets and Brazilian rosewood fretboard are in great shape, as is the original sunburst finish. This standel features the very unique headstock shape. if you’re looking for a fun project, and an interesting guitar that will set you apart from the others, this could be your ticket. will ship in the d’angelico gig bag shown. please message me with any questions. thanks
