Vintage Shure Model 300 ribbon microphone

For sale: A vintage Shure Model 300 microphone. No case included, just the microphone. Not perfect but great physical condition considering the age of the mic, see pics. It seems it may need a new ribbon, it sounds great but is extremely quiet, it should be much louder. I'm guessing it needs a new ribbon. Sold As-Is. I would sell it for much more if it didn't have this issue but I don't have the time to fix it, plus I recently purchased a Royer R-121 Ribbon mic and I've decided I just need 1 ribbon mic for what I do. I purchased this vintage shure mic used from a Guitar Center in it's current condition for much more money about a year or so ago. Unfortunately I didn't try the mic until after the return policy was up and so I intended to fix it but never got around to it. My loss is your gain.
