Used - Excellent Condition

  • Body: the body has an aftermarket spider and web graphic on it (really cool!); some light scuff marks and scratches as well as a few tiny dings can be found on the top, back, and sides of the body--light to moderate buckle rash; the tremolo cover, electronics cover, and the neckplate show some scratches from normal use
  • Neck, Fretboard, and Headstock: the fretboard has a few noticeable scratches on it and a couple of shallow dings between the nut and first fret and the second and third fret; the back of the neck looks almost flawless except for about three very small dings down the center; the headstock looks almost flawless until you get to the very end point where there are some light scratches on the front facing and a small ding on the back
  • Action and Playability: the action is about medium, plus the neck is straight and the truss rod functions flawlessly
  • Frets: some obvious wear in the finish can be found on all the frets, however none of them have any grooves or worn down spots on them
  • Hardware: the tuners look fantastic; the locking nut has some obvious wear in the finish; the Volume knob has some heavy discoloration on one side; the bridge has a very small of pitting on it and some of the rollers have a patina to them; the neckplate has some scratches on it
  • Electronics: all functions flawlessly
  • Includes: electric guitar and tremolo arm (case/gig bag not included)

Online sources say that this Washburn was made in America, however there is nothing on the guitar that corroborates that for sure! The serial number dates this superstrat to 1986 (arguably the height of shred guitar!). The first thing you'll notice before every laying one finger on this axe is that it has an aftermarket spider and web graphic on it that is pretty awesome looking! That coupled, with the Floyd Rose locking tremolo system and headstock pointy enough to fend off your rabid fans, this G-3V is a shredding machine ready to make some eardrums bleed!
