Splawn Quick Rod 2004 Purple/Gold

Excellent condition 2004 100 Watt Splawn Quick Rod.  Hot Rodded Marshall, early VH sound.  If you want to capture the "Brown" sound/tone, this amp will do it.  I have been playing Splawn Amps Since 2004 and have not found another amp that does this type of tone as well as they do.  However, it can and will do clean and heavier tones without any problem.

This is an original one from 2004, dual inputs (low input disconnected)...no gears and no loop volume.  I have owned and played several different ones from different years and prefer the earlier designs.

This amp has been back to Scott @ Splawn amps prior to my purchase for a new headshell and output transformer.  I will provide serial number upon request and all information can be verified from Scott himself.

Currently re-tubed w/ JJ 6Ca7s power tubes and JJ pre amp tubes.  I maintain all of my equipment in excellent condition and bias check/adjust every 6 months.
