Fender Stratocaster 1987 E Series Fujigen Japan - Lake Placid Blue SPARKLE

1987 Fender Stratocaster E Series Fujigen Japan in Lake Placid Blue Sparkle and Rosewood fingerboard. Neck pocket stamps ST-362V. Comes with DiMarzio Area 58 in the neck, Area 67 in the middle and a HS-2 in the bridge (regular mode). The mint colored pickguard is an original MIJ Fender product. I placed copper tape in the entire cavity and on the pickguard. I replaced the internals with a 920D 50’s style wiring harness (discontinued) Genuine CRL USA 5-Way Switch from 60s/70s and a .022µF WD Paper In Oil Capacitor that acts as a treble bleed kit for Awesome vintage tone! Replaced the nut with a Graph Tech nut and a Gotoh bridge with the large steel block. Truss Rod works fine without issue And frets have a lot of life but some wear on 9th and 3rd fret (pictured). The color is lake placid blue sparkle/flame on gloss neck under light. Unique and beautiful one of a kind! There are nicks on the body as pictured, swirl marks on pickguard and body from normal play. Bucklerash on the back of body and paint chip near the pocket of the neck bc I bumped into it when adjusting the truss rod. My bad! The tremolo is flushed into the body to add more tone but it can be undone. Comes with tremolo cover and bar. I have more pics but they limit them to 25. Just came back from Fender Headquarters in Tokyo Japan amazing guitars and this guitar feels and plays just like their 60’s style MIJ and USA custom shop Stratocasters. Especially the neck it was exactly like the 60’s custom shop. Just my opinion. Thanks for looking! God bless!
