Q: Why is there a gap at the bottom of the vocal booth?

A: This open area is a feature to provide ventilation and fresh air for artists performing inside the vocal booth. It is especially helpful during long recording sessions where an artist may spend extended periods of time inside the vocal booth. The open area is located at the bottom of the vocal booth at the furthest point away from a microphone so that the acoustic effects of the vocal booth are not diminished.

Q: Why does this vocal booth use five independent sound blankets?

A: We like customization to be a priority when it comes to the acoustic products that we offer. The Soundkitz Vocal Booth can be customized to your recording room. If you have a pretreated room you can adjust the necessity of the enclosure by removing sound blankets to your liking. If you are in a non treated room and need maximum acoustic sound control you can leave the sound blankets intact for improved performance.

Q: How long does it take to ship and receive this item?

A: The Soundkitz Vocal Booth is a very large item. As a matter of fact it’s hard to capture the complete size of the vocal booth in pictures alone. These items ship in a large box as well. Typically we dispatch orders within 24 hours (Weekday) and 48 hours (Weekend). The shipment process for larger items can be a slower process than smaller standard size packages. If you have an event or session planned always be prepared by ordering your vocal booth well ahead of time so that you can have a flawless recording session with your new Soundkitz Vocal Booth.
