WECHTER NV5413 BR
I met Abe Wechter when he was attending the Nashville Namm shows years ago. My wife's maiden name is Wechter and he turned out to be a very distant relative. I fell in love with the NV5413. I played it set up as Nashville tuning and was thrilled with the sound. I asked Abe if it could be used as a 6 string parlor and he said yes if you use extra light phospher bronze 10's and slot the nut properly. It is currently set up with D'addario 10's.
This guitar plays absolutely amazing. The action is low, set at 2mm low E 1.5mm high E. The neck is perfect for finger picking. Not too wide, not too narrow, just right. The sound is steller for a small body guitar. Much nicer than a Taylor GS Mini. I occasionally put Nashville tuning string on it and have used it for a recording project with awesome results. But as a parlor it shines and plays better than almost every guitar I own.
I am selling because I was fortunate to have a custom Brazilian rosewood parlor built by a luthier here in Nashville. I would love to keep they all but alas the wife says some have to go.
Guys, you know what I am talking about. LOL
It comes with the original Wechter case which is beautiful and in excellent condition also.
Someone will be very happy to be strumming on this one.
