This is a beautiful vintage concertina with the original hard case. Both the case and instrument are in good condition. It has amazingly intricate inlay work which is all intact. It appears that one metal reinforcements is missing. I highlighted it with a red circle in one of the photos. The bellows appear to be intact, with no holes.
