I was tempted to describe the guitar as mint, but it is now over 20 years old and has been played, although not played much. Also, the case got roughed up on the outside, but the interior is fine. This was a custom ordered guitar from Valley Arts Guitar in Nashville, TN. This was built in Tumalo, Oregon before Breedlove Guitars expanded and moved to Bend. The build quality of this guitar is second to none. Sitka Spruce top, Quilted maple sides and back. Beautiful dark ebony fretboard on a mahogany neck, abalone rosette, gold mini Grover tuners. Includes a Fishman Matrix Acoustic Sound System. The original MSRP at that time was $3,449. The second photo reflects the guitar's build sheet. This is by far the most playable and wonderful sounding 12 string I have ever played, and at 71 years old, I have played a few.
