VPI db-5 Magic Brick - Natural wood

Pair of VPI db-5 "Magic Bricks" in good condition. If you know you know, if not, it's time to learn about these magic bricks. These bricks have well-established use for two purposes: To dampen mechanical vibrations of any component and/or to absorb noisy EMF generated by transformers or other electronic parts. Each brick contains many layers of steel laminations very similar to a power transformer (minus the windings). These laminations are enclosed in a nice oak box to prevent them from scratching your amplifier.
