Marantz TT-151 1980s - Black

Offered for sale is this Marantz TT-151 turntable. This is a semi-automatic turntable, offering manual start and auto return.

The turntable is in excellent working order. It has a brand new belt installed. I can include the old one, which is in good shape—I just wanted to put a new belt on in order to make sure it was completely up to spec).

The turntable plinth does have some aesthetic imperfections (the deeper scratches are mostly on the sides of the turntable), so please see photos for more info, ask any questions you may have, and I’d be glad to provide as much information as I can.

There is no dustcover included, which could make this a nice choice for a cabinet type installation (or simply use without a dustcover, as many high-end turntables forgo dustcovers altogether for tracking/resonance reasons).

This turntable takes a P-Mount type cartridge, which is very easy to install. I am selling this turntable *without* a cartridge. (The picture shows a Audio-Technica AT85EP installed, which is not included with the sale.)

I will include the black plastic Technics brand 45 rpm adapter shown (“Technics” is printed on the underside of the adapter).
