Very cool and virtually new and unplayed Eastman parlor. My lifer is a Collings 01 with sinker mahogany/torrified top and this honestly gets you 92% of the way there at 10% of the cost. Great guitar, excellent set up, really nice tone, just an amazing value. I bought it for the office, then shifted to working at home, so I no longer need it. Comes complete with COA and gigbag.
One thing keeps it from mint: when I was changing strings after I bought it, I got distracted and over tightened the Low E tuner, popping it out. When I filled in the hole and remounted it, I did so slightly lopsided. I thought it gave the guitar a bit of mojo so just kept it there (see pics). It affects nothing and totally works and guessing it could be easily fixed but I saw no need to do so. You’re basically getting it much cheaper for this extremely minor cosmetic foible!
