Metz Amplification Dylan Salfer Model 2022
This is a fine amp built by Minneapolis amp guru - and great player - John Metz. It was designed for guitar ace Dylan Salfer to give gushing tones at reasons stage volumes. It's rated around 30W and powered by dual 6L6s.
The reverb circuit features dwell and level controls and a 3 way switch for different textures. The amp features an effects loop with level control. When there is nothing in the loop, the level control can be used to adjust amp level.
The tone controls are interactive and give a lot of control.
The amps core sound is meaty and think with plenty of detail. It takes pedals like a champ either in the loop or into the input.
This is an over built amp meticulously built by a guy that cares. I had John make some changes to give me more headroom.
