Beautiful Pair Jensen BL-250 Speakers same Components Imperial PR-100 & TP-200

This listing is for a Beautiful Pair of Jensen BL-250 3 Way Speakers. The BL-260 have the same Components as the Jensen Imperial PR-100 & the Triplex TP-200. The BL-250 is basically the same speaker as the TP-200. The speakers are fully functional and sound great. In my opinion they are one of the best sounding of the 3 way vintage speakers systems of that era.

The TP-200 and the BL-250 are like a smaller version of of the Imperial PR-100 other than the woofer of the Imperial PR-100 being horn loaded. Both the TP-200 and BL-250 are similar in their sound reproduction to the Imperial PR-100.

The components of the speakers are:

Woofer: P15LL

Mid-Range:  RP-201 Driver Horn Assembly

Tweeter: RP-302 Tweeter Horn Assembly

Crossovers:  A-61 and A-402

Mid-Range Tone Conditioner: M-1131

These same components were used in the Imperial PR-100 (and other large Imperial models other than the PR-100), they were also used in the Tri-Plex TP-200 which 

The components of one speaker were manufactured towards the end of 1957 and the components of the second speaker were manufactured in the beginning of 1958. At the time that these speakers were produced and sold most home audio systems required only one speaker as stereo hit the consumer market in 1958. So although both speakers are the Mahogany  Version of the BL-250 they are exact match at their stain coloring and also possibly the lighting they were in since they are almost 70 years old.

Cosmetically they are in great shape considering their age and can be seen the the pictures. They do have minor nicks and scratches that are not very noticeable. One speaker does a couple of noticeable spots and they are pictured in the last 2 pictures.

Due to age the speakers are Being Sold AS IS are non returnable and non refundable.
