Jensen C10N Speaker 1966 Original Cone Fender Princeton Vibrolux Reverb #2 of 2

1966 Jensen C10N Guitar Speaker 220638 C8346. 8 Ω nominal, measuring 6.8 Ω dc resistance. It has the original cone stamped 3010B10W1. The cone is in excellent condition. It has a rubber treated surround that is correct for guitar amplifier applications. The basket and sticker are mostly in excellent condition. However, the rim has a cardboard gasket attached to it and some sealant compound. I have the identical mate to this speaker on which I removed the gasket, so it is possible. on the other speaker I had considered doing a touchup paint job with satin black spray paint, masking everything but the rim, leaving a soft edge on the mask for the paint to blend with the original. I have touched up Jensens in this manner before with excellent results. I can advise the new owner how to do that. If you are looking for a matched pair of C10N I have the mate to this speaker available in another listing. These would sound spectacular in a Vibrolux Reverb, and I think they sound better than the original Fender/Jensen C10NS (the C10N has a larger magnet than the C10NS and therefore more authoritative low end).
