We are delighted to offer this beautifully made vintage active bass from Wal, built in the UK from choice materials in 1985.
The top is a stained burl maple with a Brazilian mahogany core, seamlessly built in every way. High quality Indian rosewood board, currently last set up and strung here with Thomastik Flatwounds. Maple, amazonian hardwood and hornbeam laminated neck.
Numerous tonal options via the active on board circuitry and pickups, everything built here in the UK. Volume control with attack pull. Pickup mix knob. Two tone knobs with pull up boosts. Balanced DI and jack outputs, dummy jack plug should be inserted in the jack output when using DI alone as the jack socket engages the circuit.
The level of craftmanship and care across the board displayed here is jaw dropping.

There is some minimal buckle wear on the back and a very short list of visible dinks and lines on the body, pictured here and a non original hard case is provided.
