This is the first year of the Harvest Gold Custom, it does show the orange peeling of the finish. But structurally it is excellent, no flaking, chipping, bubbling, etc. just has the “orange peel” texture now. As you know most of the early harvest customs were sent back for refinishing because the paint mix with the gold/bronze flakes was extremely shoddy. This one survived and is very clean. Some sources say only 50 of these were made. This one is clean. Does have the typical orange peeling that these were known for. There are some finish cracks. All parts are original. Some fretwear in the open position but plays and sounds fantastic. Comes with the Chainsaw Case. Does have some fret sprout cracks in the neck binding. Tried picturing everything I could. Took pictures in varying degrees of lighting to show how much the Gold changes.
