The model from the Standard Exotic series impresses with its very own look with an intensely grained Black Walnut top and a baked maple neck, while two in-house EVH Wolfgang humbuckers deliver first-class rock sounds. Furthermore, the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic Black Walnut has a Floyd Rose Special tremolo system for wild lead actions. Basswood body with Black Walnut topThe electric guitar with its lime body in the unmistakable Wolfgang design features a unique black walnut top with an intense grain that visually complements the baked maple neck. Thanks to the Wolfgang Backshape on the back, this ensures a balanced playing feel between secure layered playing and chords that are pleasant to pick up, while the particularly slim neck heel and the "Forearm Contour" of the body always ensure a comfortable playing position, even on longer gigs.EVH Wolfgang HumbuckerAs a genuine Wolfgang model, the two EVH Wolfgang humbuckers are a must-have! The two direct-mount double coilers in the neck and bridge position are modeled on Wolfgang Van Halen's wishes down to the smallest detail and form the tonal basis for his distinctive, penetrating sound. The full sound spectrum of the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic Black Walnut can be accessed via a pickup selector switch with three switching positions and shared volume and tone controls.EVH-Branded Floyd Rose Special TremoloThe EVH-branded Floyd Rose Special Tremolo is a very special highlight for fans of extended lead techniques. Thanks to its double-locking construction with matching Floyd Rose R2 locking saddle, the system not only enables wild tremolo actions including dive bombs, squeals and much more, but is also completely reliable and tuning-stable. The hardware equipment of the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic Black Walnut is completed by six die-cast tuners and two easy-to-grip black potentiometer caps, which provide constant control over the volume and treble control even at intensive shows.
