For sale today at the bazaar is a rare bird. It looks like an early Yamaha classical guitar from the famed Nippon Gakki factory. I have yet to see another Yamaha logo in that font and an identifier marking next to the nut is very faded. This guitar looks to have lived an interesting life as you can see in picture 9, it was glued before it came into my possession, but has held firm after using it in college music settings. The wood selection on this guitar is astounding in person and the binding, though shrunk and disconnected on the bass side it is also comfortable to play.
