Hamer Talladega 2007 - Sunburst

Hey all,
Listing my 2007 Hamer Talladega for sale (only) in an attempt to recoup some funds - my wife and I just bought a new car today. Ouch.

You've likely heard that these are really great guitars, possibly the best model Hamer produced before closing their shop. I've played a handful of Hamers of the years and would have to agree - I really love the Talladega's mix of Fender and Gibson design.

Who's the Talladega for?

I'd say mainly Fender players who never quite got a long with Gibson guitars but want something in that style. These are 25 1/2" scale guitars that feature a chambered Honduran mahogany body with a hand-carved, flame maple top; set neck construction; Seymour Duncan Custom Shop Double D pickups, designed by Seymour Duncan and Jol Dantzig, offering a blend of Telecaster brightness and P-90 punch; a very comfortable '56 V neck profile; and Hamer's renowned Sustain Block tailpiece.

I've wanted one for years and years so it's a bit bittersweet to be listing it, but I have so many guitars and it'd be nice to cushion the new car blow if possible.

Condition: 7lbs 14oz; a few minor impressions on the lower bout of the body near the edge (where your right arm rests - I didn't feel these while playing at all); light tarnishing on the pickup covers; no fret wear. It's a very, very clean guitar save for these few minor signs of wear.

Includes original hardshell case, also in excellent condition with no issues, and the CoA.
