This Scherl & Roth R301E4 is a 4/4-sized violin that is a reproduction of an Antonius Stradivarius violin handmade in the 1980's in West Germany.
It has a hardshell case and a Glasser bow, and is made from high-quality materials for better sound and reliability. The violin's back and ribs are made from flamed maple, and it has a standard brown varnish.
It has had only one owner and is in very good condition, with only minor scratches. This instrument has notably high quality sound. It was played for 15 years in a formal orchestra, which has contributed to the high sound quality as well.
Includes original bow, premium chin rest, extra strings and original hard case.
They don't make 'em like this anymore :)
