Here we have an interesting one. Vintage LP Standard. It’s in great condition with light signs of play on the face. There’s heavier finish wear on the back rim and some buckle rash.

There are modifications. (This is why I’m listing it for $3000 instead of $4000+. Hardware has been changed. Non orig bridge, pickguard (though it looks like a legit vintage 3 pickup guard), Grover tuners.

Yes, somebody converted this to a 3 pickup LP. I don’t know why, but it turned out pretty well. The center pickup routing isn’t perfect but not too bad.

The neck pickup is an old Tim Shaw Gibson Humbucker. It sounds GREAT! The other two are a set of Golden Age Alnico 5. They sound good too. Switching is as follows. Top position is neck and middle, middle position is all three, and low position is bridge only.

Somebody with luthier skills replaced a chunk of Maple on the face between pickguard and knobs. It was well done and matches well enough that you might not notice unless looking for it.

It’s a fairly heavy guitar. A little Over 11lbs.

Frets show wear but ring well. The truss is tight but not at its end.

Includes what might be its road worn orig case with cool purple velvet. Hinges and latches are functional. Guitar fits well.
