This 80's Hans Schmidt is inbetween a Plectrum and Tenor guitar with a scale length of 25.5" but is currently tuned in "Chicago Tuning" (DGBE) and has a gorgeous warm tone; this is a handmade instrument from a prolific canadian builder with much attention to detail: abalone inlays, burl pickguard, it appears to have a sitka spruce top, brazilian rosewood back & sides and a mahogany neck. Includes hard shell case.
There's a small crack that has been professionally repaired by the tail strap button (see image 9) and some very light wear to the top from use. It's generally in fantastic condition for a vintage instrument and has been set up well!
Built in Rock Creek, B.C.
