This handmade pedal is a simple transistor drive similar to the speaker cranker, but with an experimental clipping setup using Zener diodes. The gain knob is crispy and midsy at low gains, big and beefy at high gains. The circuit is built point-to-point style and housed in an upcycled, reinforced cat collar tin.
