This is a 25.5in scale version of Razorback V with 24 frets and EMG Active pickups powered by one 9 Volt Battery, perfect for lower tunings.

These are a quite rare guitars nowadays and are highly sought after as they were only produced for two years in this finish. They are becoming harder and harder to find, and almost never in condition this clean. Add to this that all Dime models have now been discontinued and none of this will be ever made as Dimebag's estate has left Dean and you have highly collectible guitar.

This is one of the most distinct guitars on the market in terms of both shape and finish. The Dean Razorback V 255 electric guitar features a mahogany neck and body and a rosewood fretboard. Grover tuners and a licensed Floyd Rose locking tremolo keep you in perfect tune while you divebomb the night away. 24 fast frets facilitate wicked, shredding solos and lightning quick chord changes. The EMG 81 and 85 pickups provide plenty of excellent tone. 3-way switching, volume and tone control keep things simple, yet tonally flexible, and with tons of presence. The neck has a comfortable V-shape set neck and abalone dot inlays and a 1-5/8" nut.

The guitar in excellent condition. It has only some minor scratches and scuffs, and slight tarnish on the hardware and bridge side is blemished please see the pictures.

The neck is straight, and frets are in excellent condition with minimal fret wear if any. The neck is very easy to play and suits this guitar perfectly. Complete with a Floyd Rose licensed bridge with some blemishes and locking nut, this guitar is the perfect metal machine in terms of look, feel, and sound.

The guitar is in full working order. New Slinky #9 strings. Plays really nice and sounds great with low action. Comes with its original Dean Razorback hardcase. Back covers are not scratched, they still have the original plastic on them, so they appear blemished, but they are not. Guitar Case bumpers have some blemishes/pitting from storage. (see Pictures). Never has this guitar left my home studio. Never gigged with or played outside. Only a few recordings were used with this axe.

Comes with original Dean Razorback hardcase and will be carefully packed to ensure safe shipping.
