We are glad to have a few Lakland Basses back in stock at Midwood Guitar Studio. This Skyline Series 44-60 Custom Vintage Jazz Bass is a fantastic bass for the price. The ice Blue Metallic finish is very unique and really make this instrument stand out. Constructed with a Ash Body and a rock maple neck with a maple fretboard. This is an incredible bass with a comfortable feel and a great price.

The Skyline 44-60 (Vintage J) Custom version of the 44-60 Standard adds block inlays and binding on Rosewood fingerboard models. The Ice Blue Metallic model features Maple unbound fingerboard, pearl blocks with abalone corners, and matching headstock color.
The Skyline 44-60 Custom shares many of the same specifications as our USA Series 44-60 bass, and is outfitted with the same passively delicious Lakland J-style pickups – fabricated by hand and wound with precision at our custom shop in Chicago. Players love the comfy 1.5” taper of the Skyline Series 44-60 neck.
