1967 Gretsch 6119 Chet Atkins Tennessean with simulated F holes etc.

Announced in 1958, it was initially released as 6119 Chet Atkins Tennessean, and then changed its name to Tennessee Rose when the monitor contract with Chet Atkins ended. This model, named after the title of a song by Chet Atkins, who was Gretsch's endorser at the time, is an ever-popular Gretsch model that has been loved by many famous musicians since its release. The Gretsch sound is equipped with a 16-inch archtop body with a completely hollow body structure and a high-low tron, a single pickup created around 1958, that combines bright and clear highs with warm but not too thick mid-bass. It can be obtained. His dynamic vibrato playing technique with large fluctuations in sound is also attractive. The neck has been reset and refretted at our shop, and there are no problems with the strength of the joints, and the playability is very good. It is now a unique instrument that has established its own unique taste and sound while being used in a wide range of genres, not just country.
