Vintage Regal parlor acoustic guitar. Cannot find the model stamp but appears to be a s-65 or f-66 model, both of which are from the 50s. The only thing is the ”unibar reinforced neck“ stamp is missing, which leads me to think it may be an earlier model, possibly 30s.
There has been some slight crack and repair on the back and side. other than that some touch up paint with tuners and strings replaced. ( original hardware has been retained as shown in photo)
It plays but the frets are a bit too low for me. I did not want to replace them and affect the historical value. Additionally, the intonation occurs at the 10th fret instead of the 12th.
It could use new frets and a set up if wanted to play regularly. Otherwise would make a great project guitar or historical collector.
