These are used, not new. There are two available, price is per connector. This is the impossible to find original 3 pin round Tuchel connector used for the output from the holy grail AKG D20, D25, D30, D36 etc. dynamic microphones.
If you're looking for one of these you know what it is. Unfortunately they are expensive being one of the hardest to find. Well worth not molesting your vintage mic by trying to change out the connector.
