If you google 'Bryan Kimsey Modzilla' you can find Bryan's website that details everything about this guitar. Too many mods to note in this listing. The swapped necked he put on has 1 3/4" nut which is great. There is some bulging behind the bridge. It was like that when I received it Bryan documented it in his ledger that is included It appeared stable to him and I have no reason to think different

From original listing:

Definitely a piece of history.

First purchased from a classifieds ad in KY by now luthier Bryan Kimsey.

The fiddler Stuart Duncan suggested Bryan send it off to Frank Ford at Gryphon Strings to have the X braces scalloped to help the guitar open up like the Martin’s of the 30’s.

Buck Ramsey, the famous cowboy poet had been lent the guitar for couple years. The crackle in the guitar’s finish was blackened when Buck tried to buff the crackle out with furniture polish.

After the brace scalloping, Bryan would replace the bridge with Brazilian rosewood, swap the bridgeplate with one of much smaller vintage dimensions. enlarge the soundhole and the neck was replaced as well.

This led Bryan to hotrodding countless 1971-74 Martins in a similar manner for customers.

Comes with Bryan's case and a little memo book with some history of mods in it.
