About This Listing

A stunning 1976 Alembic Series 1 with maple body and walnut facings. These early Alembic basses are highly regarded for their exceptional build quality, playability and of course stunning looks. There is a power supply included with this bass. The bass has recently been refinished. We have given the bass a full check over and everything works perfectly as it should, including the truss rod and electronics. The tuners have been replaced and there are filled holes on the back of the headstock. There is also a filled hole on the back of the neck where a strap pin used to be. This is a truly spectacular bass, if you’re looking for something a bit different or just something unbelievable to play AND look at, you should get in touch!
