The ATKINS APB6 (3rd Generation) 4-String electric bass guitar is the iconic P-Bass design made famous in the rock era. It is a full sized (34" Scale) bass guitar that is a thing of beauty.

This bass will last for decades and give you many years of enjoyment. You simply can't beat the price or the quality of this instrument.

All 3rd Generation Atkins Custom Bass Guitars are assembled in the State of Texas. We buy parts from North America, Asia, and Europe to recreate the classic beauty of the iconic guitar designs of the Rock and Roll Era.

The bass weighs between 7.4-8.3 lbs. They have basswood bodies, maple necks and fretboards. This is a 34" full size bass.

This instrument is perfect for the beginner who dreams of performing on stage. Owning this bass is the first step in a musicians life they will never forget. It is also an excellent second bass for experienced players. Each bass comes set up by a trained guitar technician (a sixty-five dollar value).

NOTE: This is a beautiful bass guitar but does have a unique pattern in the grain of wood on the treble side of the neck near the pocket (see photos). It’s not a blemish, just an unusual pattern in the maple fretboard).
