Up for sale- a used Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric cut-away from Eastman Guitars. This is the same model as the currently available AC422CE, they have identical specs. As I understand it, this model designation indicates that it was built specifically for Music Arts retail stores.
This guitar has been played, you'll notice the scratches and marks on the top. There is no structural damage to the guitar, only cosmetic. The back and sides are relatively clean, neck is smooth, good action and intonation. It has a nice singing voice in the treble and clear bass. A Fishman under-saddle pick-up is installed. Comes with a sturdy hard shell case. I have this listed on another well known auction / selling site. You can see my track record there and save some money by buying it here, if you wish.
You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer all around acoustic at this price point. I have another Eastman grand auditorium that I am keeping,
