For an instrument that is over 100 years old, this concertina is in fantastic condition. All of the keys work, and there are no missing reeds or buttons. None of the abalone inlay is missing, and the bellows have only 1 or 2 very small pinholes. That being said, it does need work to be in proper playing condition. Some of the reeds are not vibrating freely, and the valve leathers are dried out and curling. The "Pearl Queen" logo has been removed and replaced with one that says "Concertina". Please see the pictures for other condition issues, and feel free to ask questions. I will try to answer them to the best of my ability.
