Body: Double bound single cutaway hollow body with maple top, back and sides in black gloss finish. Stop tailpiece, TOM style bridge, speed control knobs, selector switch, dual bound “F” holes and a 3-ply black pickguard.
Neck: Wide maple neck with bound rosewood fingerboard, pearloid block inlays and a 1 7/8” nut. Bound headstock features Grover tuners. 25.5” scale length.
Pickups/Electronics: Seymour Duncan Designed 7-string humbuckers in the neck and bridge with dual volume controls, dual tone controls with push/pull coil tapping and a 3-way selector switch.
Neck: 8.76K Ohms.
Bridge: 17.03K Ohms.
Weight: 8lbs, 6.0oz.
Playability/Sound: This is a very versatile guitar that offers a particularly warm sound in almost any setting thanks to the hollow body design. The pickups offer both a humbucking sound with plenty of output and sustain or a great single-coil sound when tapped that offers a little more clarity and high end. The wide neck is very comfortable and ideal for finger style!
