Lot of 6 Rogers “Bread and Butter” AKA B&B or tab lugs, double-ended with 2 1/8” spacing. These came off a 1957 Concord marching snare but would also fit a vintage Tower bass drum or possibly floor tom — be sure to check your hole spacing.
Five lug casings have cracks. Some cracks are hairline and barely noticeable, others are beginning to open a bit more, but lugs are still currently functional and repairable.
The sixth lug casing is broken but all pieces are present. I am throwing it in with the deal in case the buyer wants to attempt a repair, it is not factored into the cost.
All parts are present except one lug insert from the broken lug. Mounting screws and springs are all present.
