If you had told me that I could have a handful of Tele Thinline thunder at only 6 lbs, 3 oz, I probably would have shaken my head in disbelief, but but with this offering, my disbelief has been proven unfounded. This is one exceptional guitar and with the addition of the flamed Maple top, it has more snap than an unpaid lion tamer.

Those highly sought-after bell tones are ever present along with a crisp and clear bridge pickup. The real tonal gem, though is the warm and round neck single coil that you might not expect to find in a lightweight Thinline. These Fender Select pickups are nothing short of being Custom Shop quality and we're sure you too will be surprised at their richness.

The visual appeal of the top is immediate, as well as the overall beauty and quality of the guitar. It's a perfect example of American craftsmanship at its finest and as you can see, the package includes the clean original case and case candy.

There are a few light surface scratches and a couple of dings on the body, with the most noticeable being pictured on the lower edge of the face. The guitar has been detailed, set up, and restrung with fresh strings so it will arrive ready to go, straight out of the box.
