Available for sale is this exceptional sounding vintage guitar, a Levin W 36 from 1975. The guitar has a big sound that is crystal clear both fingerstyle and picked. These instruments were built light, and as such, they have extraordinary sound qualities to them that are full and boisterous.

This instrument has been well maintained but also well used and loved. Owned by the same owner since the early 80's, the current owner is giving it up because medical issues have prevented them from playing guitar anymore. These rarely come up for sale, and when they do, are quickly snatched up because of their renowned good sound. We must concur!

There are a few dings/dents/scrapes around the instrument but none that affect the playability whatsoever. There was a crack in the bass side of the instrument (approx 4in in length, see photos) which was repaired, cleated, and is very strong. No other significant structural damage is present.

Levin guitars was founded by Herman Carlson Levin, in Gothenberg, Sweden.  Classical guitars, mandolins and ukuleles. made guitars for other brands including Goya from 1955 to mid 1970s.
