This is a good condition half-rack adapter unit for Rockman modules - complete with the original screws (4 x for rockmodules). These are quite rare to find, and this unit is in great shape! I'm not sure what other units these fit - but they are specifically sized for the rockman modules and use the odd 2 bolt lower mount setup these modules use (unlike the standard single bolt setup).
Some wear and tear - as expected on a rack case, but would work great for someone who wants to use a few few rock modules and has bought them separately.
I have not seen one of these listed up in quite a while - they're not common to find sold individually.
